PRESENTATION DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1201 K Street, NW was (is) a proposed mixed-use commercial real estate development, financed by JBG Companies and slated to deliver in 2012. The concept's edge-cutting design and high-profile architect, Sir Richard Rogers, proved a bit too ambitious for the market to bear. Theis presentation was neither won, nor lost, due to the project's having been nixed. However, my involvement in the presentation to sell that non-existent building on its merits was a pleasure. I love a good rendering.

Challenges
