Lafayette Tower Sell Sheet

Lafayette Tower is one of the closest non-governmental buildings to the White House, and it has the views to prove it. The commercial brokers tasked with leasing this office building challenged me to take a small budget and make it go a long way. They wanted something visually impactful and thought provoking, but needed a short-form offering to introduce the property. This piece was 17x11, a larger-than-average-scale sell sheet that used strong imagery and clean, crisp typography.
